Our Preferred Hotels
Our preferred hotels are identified with a gold medal and the words "preferred hotel" in green within the search results (as shown below).

• Travelers earn loyalty points in their frequent stay program
• Normal hotel cancellation policies apply
• The traveler is charged on the day of check-out
• Travelers will receive a hotel receipt directly from the hotel

Egencia Preferred Rates (EPR)
These hotel rates are designed to meet the needs of the business traveler with amenities such as complimentary parking, Internet connection and breakfast.

• Travelers earn loyalty points in frequent guest programs, just like regular rates
• Normal hotel cancellation policies apply - Egencia does not charge a cancellation or change penalty though cancellation before check-in within the hotel cancellation window may result in a charge no greater than one night's stay and tax
• The traveler is charged for the stay on the day of check-in

Expedia Special Rate (ESR)
ESRs are often the lowest rates but are more restrictive.

• Travelers do not earn loyalty points
• Normal hotel cancellation policies apply - Egencia does not charge a cancellation or change penalty though cancellation before check-in within the hotel cancellation window may result in a charge of the full balance of the reserved stay.
• Travelers are charged for the stay on the day of check-in
