• When you book your trip a meeting invitation is sent to you for each travel item (air, hotel and car) with the free/busy time accurately displayed
• If any part of your trip changes, the calendar invitation is updated
• You can easily share your travel schedule with others using the Broadcast iCalendar Invitations option
